The Conservative Party (Massachusetts) has a Platform which follows the 5 Tenets outlined by the Conservative Party USA. While supporting the Conservative Party USA, the Conservative Party (Massachusetts) recognizes the unique situations each state faces and reflects in their particular Platforms, while maintaining conservative values. The Conservative Party (Massachusetts) will support members of the Party running for political office at all levels of elective office.
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Platform
The Conservative Party (Massachusetts) will not endorse a candidate from any other party. The Conservative Party (Massachusetts) will only endorse candidates running under its banner and representing its views and values.
The Conservative Party (Massachusetts) will work in consort with the Conservative Party USA to build a strong and vibrant national party.
The Conservative Party (Massachusetts) accepts the major role of the Federal Government to be that of representing the various states with foreign powers and the defense of our borders.
The Conservative Party (Massachusetts), recognizing this Nation as a Republic and its elected representatives as the voice of the people, expects those representatives to echo the voices of the people.
The Conservative Party (Massachusetts) recognizes this as a capitalistic Nation and feels that there is no cause where Federal or State governments should acquire ownership of or exercise management of any private industry.
The Conservative Party (Massachusetts) recognizes the sanctity of life throughout its existence..
The Conservative Party (Massachusetts) feels that, though it should be used judiciously, capital punishment must be a viable tool for the judicial establishment.
The Conservative Party (Massachusetts) recognizes that illegal aliens are, by definition, breaking the laws of the United States of America and that they should be denied the special privileges afforded to citizens of the United States of America and of the Commonwealth, and that they should be returned to their country of national origin upon being detained within our borders. Parenting a United States citizen should not be a way to circumvent any laws pertaining to illegal aliens.
